Return Policy and Privacy Policy

Most customers know that we spend a considerable amount of time answering questions, e-mailing pictures, getting dimensions, let us get it right the first time. 

Electrical Parts are not returnable.

We don't like returns! Especially for stupid reasons like," I didn't know I had to cut the corners out of my Airstream vent hole to install a Fantastic Vent --I want to keep it original" or "My wife won't let me keep it" or " My hole through the roof  is 18" x 18". "My roof is not flat and the vent won't bend around the curve."    If you don't know about Fantastic Vent products or your situation, ask before you buy, measure your roof hole and thickness, send a picture of your situation--it saves you and us the aggravation of returns!!! Assume nothing until you ask about your concerns. You know more about where your vent will be placed than we do, you have the RV or vehicle to look at, so take the time to observe, look and measure! 

Returns/exchanges can be made up to 60 days following the date of  purchase.  A re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total amount up to and including 30 days. Full price of shipping costs will be subtracted from purchase price before restocking fee.  From 31 to 60 days from the day of purchase a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount. Full price of shipping costs will be subtracted from purchase price before restocking fee.  All costs associated with shipping the product back and insuring it will be born by the purchaser.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and that it is in saleable condition in the original shipping container and not used, Adohen Supply will return funds.

All products carry the respective manufacturer warranty that is available at the time of purchase. Please contact them using the warranty card or phone number if you find the product to be defective. If you still have a problem after dealing with the manufacturer, contact Adohen Supply and we will contact the manufacturer. If you receive damage goods in shipment, make a claim with UPS, etc. and contact us. If you receive exactly what you ordered and it is not our fault, the above return policy applies. We will correct any mistake we made at no cost to you. 

Cancelled orders before being shipped will incur fees for we are charged them.

Warranties on the products we sell are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers and their respective policies. We do not imply or give any warranty on products sold. We are not a manufacturer. Usually manufacturer's warranties do not cover installation or removal fees, repairs, obsolete products no longer available, or shipping costs, which are the total responsibility of the product user and/or consumer or customer and the product manufacturer. All warranties require a proof of purchase most of the time. If you have a specific question about a warranty, please check with the product manufacturer. They have the final say over any warranty situations. Manufacturers in most cases require inspection and testing of parts for verification of a defect, and will not issue a replacement part until that has been done.

When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
